• Outreach & Events:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Plan and facilitate career fairs, school presentations, facility tours, and recruitment events.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> <!--TgQPHd|||[]-->

• Experience:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Background in talent acquisition, human resources, workforce development, apprenticeship programs, or skilled trades recruitment.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->

• Industry Knowledge:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Familiarity with manufacturing, shipbuilding, pre-apprenticeships, or industrial workforce settings.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->

• Skills:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and engage with diverse candidate pools and educational institutions.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> 
• Prior agency experience a huge plus!
