Seeking a specialized remote Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, to lead targeted sourcing efforts for high-level engineering talent across Hardware, Software, and Electronic Warfare (EW)/WS domains. In this role, you will partner closely with defense hiring managers to architect passive talent pipelines, identify cleared subject matter experts in embedded systems, RF, and radar technologies, and execute high-conversion outreach. This position requires a proven track record of recruiting hard-to-find defense engineering talent within government contracting and DoD environments—standard IT, enterprise helpdesk, or corporate generalist recruiting experience will not be considered.
