Senior Cleared Defense Recruiter
Large government contractor looking for:
• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting cleared talent (Secret, TS/SCI, and above), with strong knowledge of clearance processes.
• Major plus if candidate has veteran recruitment experience and understanding of fighter pilot qualifications, as this role supports our portfolio at Nellis AFB.
• Local candidates are highly desired but not required. Role will be remote but someone with network at Nellis is a HUGE bonus. (Nevada)
• Demonstrated success filling technical roles for DoD and federal programs (IT, cybersecurity, engineering, systems development, etc.).
• Skilled in proactive sourcing using diverse tools and methods.
• Experience maintaining compliance within ATS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo, etc.).
• Strong relationship‑building skills with hiring managers, program leaders, and internal customers.
• Able to support fast‑paced, high‑volume hiring across multiple contracts.
• Ability to assess technical qualifications and communicate requirements clearly.
• Understanding of government contracting, labor categories, customer requirements, and staffing timelines.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to provide regular recruiting metrics, pipeline updates, and market insights.
